ALL IN 2026

Meanwhile, in Schenectady:

I, alongside 77 other local artists, have a piece in Bear and Bird Gallery’s annual ALL IN show. The reception is tomorrow! (There will be hot chocolateeeeee….)

Ugly People

I made a game based on an illustration of mine called Ugly People. Click the tiles to cycle through different features and create the ugly person of your dreams. Or nightmares!

Play it here!

I also sell prints of each ugly person neatly arranged for your viewing pleasure. I guess if you really wanted to, you could cut the print into little pieces and play the game in real life.

Buy it here!

New Year, New-ish Homepage

I find much of my web-design inspiration in sites from my childhood (i.e. ye olde 2000’s). It’s for this reason that I added a guestbook to my homepage. I now see why they’ve gone extinct! Thanks to those that did comment, haha. Instead of leaving it to rot I’ll now use that space for social media links. I’d like to dedicate this post to immortalizing the animated gif that I created to promote the guestbook.

In loving memory of Mr. HHGAAAURGHHH, January 2025 – January 2026

In other news, I’ve been making lots of things. Remember that video I said I was working on 4 months ago? Rumor has it, that new YouTube link on the Rot Couture homepage may come in handy soon…

Monster Party!

Last week I had a piece shown during the Monster Party Art and Cover Show at No Fun in Troy, NY. Monstrous shenanigans ensued; specifically, toilet paper mummies (my favorite kind of shenanigans!)

I painted this people-eating cupcake. Music was awesome, art was awesome… it was awesome. So many great artists! Really opened my eyes to how versatile cardboard cutouts can be as an art medium.

So happy to be able to participate alongside fellow weirdos 🧁

Blood will be shed…

Trying something new. Working on a video!

A craft tutorial, to be precise.

Hope you’re ready for some hands-on despair.

Rot Couture @ Barncore 2025

I will be at Barncore in New Jersey this Saturday selling these piggy shirts I designed!

Limited quantity, so get them while they’re hot. Or else little piggy will turn into bacon…

I will also be bringing a small handful of everything that’s currently available in my shop, including some brand new prints.

Instagram!

I have created the obligatory Instagram page. Much of what I share there will be the same as here, but two Rot Coutures is better than one!

The Rot Spot blog is still where all the cool kids are though… don’t tell Instagram I said that.

In the meantime:

I’ve been let out of my enclosure today. Tremble with fear!

…for I have released a monster into the world.

Treat her with kindness, lucky taker.

Introducing, Cemet-hair-y Clips!

I am begrudgingly alive, yes. Just been busy baking cookies and harvesting the eyeballs of my enemies. Anywho, I am excited to introduce my very first collection of accessories, Cemet-hair-y Clips!

All that you are begins in your mind, but it’s easy to keep it all inside. Why not let your thoughts live on the outside… right on your head?

Hair clips are my favorite form of self expression. I’ve always loved clothing that interacts with the wearer, and this is exactly the intention of my Cemet-hair-y Clips. Turn your scalp into a graveyard, a bloody crime scene, or use the severed limbs of the dearly departed as cranial decor. If looks could kill, start with the head!

Each clip is a handmade, original design. For those interested in purchasing all 3 designs (or 3+ in total), use code “HAIRY3” at checkout for 20% off!

As I mentioned in the past, Cemet-hair-y Clips will be a growing collection of mine, and I look forward to expanding my catalogue of designs!
