Last week I had a piece shown during the Monster Party Art and Cover Show at No Fun in Troy, NY. Monstrous shenanigans ensued; specifically, toilet paper mummies (my favorite kind of shenanigans!)
I painted this people-eating cupcake. Music was awesome, art was awesome… it was awesome. So many great artists! Really opened my eyes to how versatile cardboard cutouts can be as an art medium.
So happy to be able to participate alongside fellow weirdos 🧁
I am begrudgingly alive, yes. Just been busy baking cookies and harvesting the eyeballs of my enemies. Anywho, I am excited to introduce my very first collection of accessories, Cemet-hair-y Clips!
All that you are begins in your mind, but it’s easy to keep it all inside. Why not let your thoughts live on the outside… right on your head?
Hair clips are my favorite form of self expression. I’ve always loved clothing that interacts with the wearer, and this is exactly the intention of my Cemet-hair-y Clips. Turn your scalp into a graveyard, a bloody crime scene, or use the severed limbs of the dearly departed as cranial decor. If looks could kill, start with the head!
Each clip is a handmade, original design. For those interested in purchasing all 3 designs (or 3+ in total), use code “HAIRY3” at checkout for 20% off!
As I mentioned in the past, Cemet-hair-y Clips will be a growing collection of mine, and I look forward to expanding my catalogue of designs!
These past few weeks have been filled with lots of prototyping, and teaching myself new skills.
I’ve been working on a small set of accessories (of course, only a few in a collection of many more to come). My favorite type of accessory, too! Before you know it, the masses will all be embellishing their meaty craniums with my terrible creations. Muahaha!
This little cavity of the world wide web will serve as a humble sanctuary to my artistic endeavors, including apparel, illustrations, games, and other things to burn your retinas to.
Of course, with time, there will be much more content for your viewing displeasure. However I made it a goal to launch the site alongside my dress up game, Gruesome Garbs. So, stay a while and give it a play. (and totally send photos of your creations my way… I want to see!)
While you’re here, feel free to drop a comment on the guestbook, and tell me how you stumbled across.
Don’t forget to check out the shop before you depart. There are shirts! If those don’t tickle your fancy, don’t worry. I have big plans.
